I followed all the instructions in the manual, set the mount up under the cabinet and was able to get it installed. However, the TV drops on its weight within an hour and can not be fixed. I have a Coby 19 inch TV. I am going to have drill holes in my wall to help holding the TV, or return it.

I have a 17" Dell that weighs less than 10 pounds, mounted to this mount.If you level it folded up, then it's tilted down. If you pull it down then it leans back. Even after tightening to the point of immobility it lacks the stiffness to properly support the TV without tilting forward or backward. I can't see this being useful on anything but the smallest and lightest of monitors, maybe a 10" LCD.

This bracket arrived a few days after my Coby 12 inch TV. The instructions show, and have hardware for, mounting to a ceiling and a wall. The only screws I used were to mount the TV to the bracket. The other hardware is unsatisfactory for mounting to the underside of a standard kitchen cabinet.
For this I utilized machine screws and flat washers.
A drill template would have been nice. I created one on a sheet of paper and taped it to the underside of the cabinet.
The install went well and the bracket functions as it should.
The bracket comes with an Allen wrench to adjust the tilt feature.
